Teams from around the world converge in San Sebastián, La Gomera, for the ultimate ocean race. The race village buzzes with energy as crews make final preparations, united by a shared goal—to push their limits and row 3000 miles across the Atlantic to Antigua, embracing the challenge of a lifetime.

We are a team of passionate rowers, united by a shared love for the sea and a drive for adventure. We have years of experience in coastal and fine rowing, always looking to the horizon with one goal in mind: to row across an ocean. As endurance athletes, we thrive on pushing limits—and when we take on the Atlantic Challenge, our crew will have an average age of over 50.
Our mission is to champion health, fitness, and bold new challenges for those over 50 and beyond. This Atlantic crossing is more than a physical feat—it’s a powerful statement that life after 50 is full of potential, adventure, and strength.
Through this extraordinary journey, we aim to break stereotypes, spark conversations, and inspire others to embrace active, purposeful living. Our crew hails from the North West of England and trains in the waters off the coast of North Wales. From December 2027 to January 2028, we will row from La Gomera in the Canary Islands to Antigua in the Caribbean. With your support, we aim to set a new world record as the oldest mixed crew of five to row the Atlantic.
